Jang Hyun Kim

Dr. Jang Hyun Kim (Assistant Professor) received his Ph.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2007. His B.A. degree in Economics (1996) and M. A. degree in Communication (1998) are from Yonsei University, South Korea. In addition to his doctoral degree completed in Buffalo, Dr. Kim also took doctoral course work in Communication department at Yonsei University from 1998 to 2000. His research interests encompass digital media and computer-mediated communication, social and semantic network analysis in organizational, political, and international context. Investigating both communication and media, Dr. Kim would like to present a better framework to understand people and media. He also worked as a Public Communication Officer for public sector in Korea from 2000 to 2003. His personal web page is http://jangkimnet.wordpress.com.
