Care*Link Java Error on Load

Windows XP/Vista/7

  1. Open the Java shortcut from the Desktop. Or, goto Start > Control Panel > Java > General tab
  2. Under Temporary Internet Files, click Settings button
  3. Click Delete Files button
  4. Click OK. Wait for a few seconds for the box to close.
  5. Click OK, OK to close out the window
  6. Login to Care*Link/Logician via remote access


  1. Open Finder
  2. Open Applications > Utilities > Java Preferences > Network tab
  3. Click Delete Files button
  4. Uncheck Keep temporary files for fast access box.
