Leads projects related to mooring buoys and identification and mitigation of marine debris around the Hawaiian islands. Coordinates with resource management agencies as well as community debris removal groups.

Researches and revises legal terms the Division’s administrative rules. Drafts submittals to the Board of Land and Natural Resources for DOBOR rules and policies.
