Professional:  Formerly night shift manager at the International House of Pancakes in Hilo.  Currently seeking a cooking position this summer.

Personal observations:  Angelica is a vibrant young woman who is currently living her dream to be a professional Chef.  She is dedicated, focused, a great team motivator, an excellent team motivator, a hard working culinarians, very honest, with a great attitude.  Great potential
