As we finish our last week of service for the semester, I want to thank you all so much for supporting our program and students with your business. We have some tasty specials to finish off the semester: one more take on Eggs Benedict, a flavorful Bouillibaisse, the seafood soup of the French Riviera, and some Butter nut squash stuffed Ravioli for our Vegetarian entrée. Both the soup and ravioli will be served with a Fall vegetable salad.
