Hawai‘i Community College students from the Culinary Arts and Agriculture programs participated in the “Taste of the Hawaiian Range” event at the Hilton Waikoloa in Kona on Friday, September 26.
Culinary Arts students from East and West Hawai‘i operated two stations in the center of the ballroom where they served delicious food. In addition, many students assisted chefs from local resorts and restaurants, gaining valuable experience.
The Agriculture students served their popular homemade ginger ale “Collabrew” to thirsty event attendees.
The students represented Hawai‘i Community College well!
