About Hālaulani

Hālaulani is a collaborative effort between I Ola Hāloa at Hawaiʻi Community College and the Kīpuka Native Hawaiian Student Center at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo. These programs are working together to help students make a seamless transfer between the campuses.

The goal of Hālaulani is to assist our Hawaiʻi CC students in making a smooth transition to UHH by providing support services for successful completion of their Baccalaureate Degree. The office is staffed with a project coordinator, professional development specialist, transfer counselors, and peer mentors to assist with students’ needs. They will also be offering career guidance workshops and information sessions.

We are located at Bldg. 381 in Rm. 16 on the Manono Campus.

For more information about the program please contact Kanoe Lambert at 934-2613.
