Manoa MAGIS is the University of Hawaii at Manoa Library’s Geospatial Services unit. MAGIS is an acronym for Maps, Aerials and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).  We have a map collection that includes about 100,000 paper maps, 6,000 digital copies and about 7,000 aerial photographs that are available for the public.  MAGIS boasts a new Map Room and a brand new MAGIS Lab that includes 8 GIS workstations featuring ArcGIS, ENVI, MS-Office and Adobe Web Premium software.  Questions about Manoa MAGIS should be directed to salim dot mohammed at hawaii dot edu .  More information about MAGIS is available at the MAGIS website.
