Faculty, staff, students: FREE ZUMBA at JABSOM!

Want to work off that holiday meal? Join us for ZUMBA, here at JABSOM, on Wednesday, November 28, from 5 to 6 p.m. Zumba fitness classes are being offered on campus as part of the Office of Medical Education’s on-going effort to promote faculty, staff and student well-being. The classes are free for John A. Burns School of Medicine (JABSOM) faculty, staff and students and they are led by Zumba Instructor Tammy Kasuya, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., in the Medical Education Ancillary Building. To join the class, come early to fill out a UH waiver form. And please dress comfortably and bring a towel and water. Zumba is an activity inspired by Latin dance.

Questions about the class? Contact Dr. Shannon Hirose-Wong at 692-0942 or hirosewo@hawaii.edu.
