Friday’s community health fair, sponsored and organized by University of Hawai`i medical students, is getting plenty of publicity. And it’s because of the work of the students leading the media campaign, including Chadwick Council, a first year medical student at the John A. Burns School of Medicine (JABSOM).
Chadwick, a graduate of Kaimuki High School, is interviewed by MIDWEEK magazine for it’s current “Doctor in the House” column. He and his fellow classmates are also appearing this week on local morning television in spots on Wake Up 2 Day (KHON) and Sunrise (KGMB).
Read more about the January 4 fair and why the students couldn’t wait to tell all of Hawai`i about it! (And don’t forget to attend--from 12-3 pm in and around the JABSOM Medical Education Building at 651 Ilalo Street in Kaka`ako.)
