When Japanese exchange students came to study at the Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD) Program at the John A. Burns School of Medicine (JABSOM), they made quite an impression. A visual one! The students wore traditional costumes in a pageant of color and style, as they shared cultural stories with the CSD students in Honolulu. That’s just one of many international learning exchanges that JABSOM was host to in the past year, helping to fulfill the school’s mission to serve the Pacific and Asian region.
