Working with Hawaii service members, veterans and their families.
The Hawaii Pacific Area Health Education Center (AHEC) and the VA Pacific Island Health Care System are hosting a free professional education program designed to share practical information about military culture and the needs and concerns of service members, veterans and military families. Topics include Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Military Culture, Rural Mental health, Military Sexual Trauma (MST) and the impact on individuals and their families.
Includes lunch with option to stay for lunch program only.
