The Hawai`i Comprehensive Cancer Control Coalition along with the University of Hawai`i Cancer Center, American Cancer Society and The Queen’s Medical Center invite you to attend the 2nd annual Cancer Survivorship Conference: Journey Together 2012. The conference will focus on issues important to cancer survivors and their caregivers.
The event will be moderated by Senator Rosalyn H. Baker who represents the Island of Maui and is the Chairperson of the Commerce and Consumer Protection Committee at the Hawai`i State Legislature. The keynote speaker will be Carolyn Gotay, PhD. who is the Canadian Cancer Society Chair in Cancer Primary Prevention at the University of British Columbia. Registration: 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Conference: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Cost: $25 will include continental breakfast, lunch and fully Carolyn Gotay, PhD. validated parking. Scholarships for neighbor island travel are available.
