February 3, 2011 – Fabulous buffet spread for President Greenwood

February 10, 2011 – Catered a dinner for the Digital Media group of 100 people

February 11, 2011 – Catered the pupus for the SLiC fashion show for 150 people

February 12, 2011 – Demonstrated food and samples at the Heart Walk at Liliuokalani Park for 1500 people

March 7, 2011 – Hawaiian Flour Mills demonstration seminar for all culinary students

March 8, 2011 Hawaiian Flour Mills demonstration seminar on Baking and Meat identification for all culinary students. Program was presented a $1500 scholarship award

March 14-16 – The American Culinary Federation National program accreditation team will assess our program for National accreditation. 3 members will arrive to evaluate the program.
