The Mānoa Advocate provides confidential assessment for UH Mānoa students, faculty and staff who are experiencing any form of sexual or gender-based discrimination or sexual misconduct such as:
Sexual or Gender-Based Harassment
Sexual Assault
Dating or Domestic Violence
Stalking
Retaliation
While we cannot promise confidentiality for cases against UH Employees, we can maintain your privacy and provide assessment and consults.
Please reach out to discuss your options (i.e. legal intervention, reporting, resources) both within and outside of UH Systems. We can offer referrals, counseling, advocacy, and/or dispute resolution as appropriate to your personal circumstance. We are not mandated reporters to the UH Administration.

Our Mission
Our mission is to create educational and work environments at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa that are free from sexual harassment and discrimination by assisting students, faculty, and staff with information, counseling, and advocacy on matters relating to sexual harassment and discrimination.
