This yearʻs event has been designed to create a highly interactive & immersive experience, with campus delegations set to begin arriving on Wednesday afternoon and live in community over the next two days at the amazing Camp Palehua ( located at the top of Makakilo).
Delicious farm-to-fork meals will be catered by MA’O Organic Farms, with the majority of your menu being sourced from the West Side of O’ahu:
- Breakfast: Herb-scrambled eggs, Poi biscuits, Naked Cow Dairy yogurt, Fresh fruit, Kalo hash, Muffins, Kiawe energy bars, Fruit-infused water, Lemongrass tea, Wailua coffee
- Awards Lunch: Texiera Family Farm Kalua Pig, Molokai venison luau, Baked fish, Roasted veggies, Sassy salad, Limu-tomato-onion salad
- Dinner: Veggie soup, Sassy salad, Collards-eggplant w/tapioca mash, Roasted tomato-dandy lion-fennel salad, Cream cheese mango crunch
